It Started With An Ache

Knowing what your body is doing, and why, is of tremendous benefit to us. It means you can't have the wool pulled over your eyes by a medical profession that only wants to write a script for anti-biotics.

When your body is dealing with dead matter that needs cleaning up, it sends a cleaning crew. If the cleaning crew is overwhelmed by the amount of stuff to be cleaned, it calls for assistance. This is done by the release of a chemical into the blood. That chemical does something interesting besides call for help. It makes us feel achey, lethargic and, in large doses, nauseous. In smaller doses we feel achey, lethargic and have lost our appetite.

This is EXACTLY how I first realized I was undergoing Herxheimer (die off). Herxheimer is the word used to describe the dying off of bacteria and the release of toxins into the body enmass when undergoing a detox or herbal cleanse. The sudden increase of such things into the body causes an immune system response to deal with it.

It is NOT the toxins and dead bacteria which make us feel ill. It is the body's doing. In this case, the chemical from the cleaning crew.

Following this achey feeling I developed a temperature.

Feeling achey with a lost appetite and a temperature would send most people running to the doctor. But not me. For I know WHY these things are experienced.

The temperature is also all the body's doing. And it serves two purposes...

Purpose # 1: An increased temperature doesn't make the environment very favorable for bacteria. They prefer it to be normal because an increased temperature slows down their dividing.

Purpose # 2: An increased temperature speeds up the body's immune system so it can deal with the bacteria and toxins quicker.

When you have a temperature you may sometimes experience cold sweats, or just a feeling of being cold. This is also the body's doing to help increase your temperature even more.

If you feel cold, your body might shiver to increase warmth. This extra heat energy helps increase the internal temperature more. If you sweat, it will evaporate and cool the skin. The cooled skin will then give a feeling of chill. To which the body responds by shivering which increases temperature more. The sweat also is a faster way to get toxins out of the body.

A lost appetite is useful so the body does not need to devote precious resources to digestion. It can thus concentrate on dealing with what it needs to.

So as you see, all feelings normally associated with being sick, are our body's doing! And when I went through the die off, I marveled at how wonderful my body is at dealing with things.

My temperature was 38.1C (100.8F). I felt very warm to the touch. A little achey and lethargic. But pleased my body was doing what it was designed to do. And also pleased as it was a sign my detox had gotten rid of stuff.

The only things I did to help my body was to consume about 10,000mg of vitamin C powder, take some Olive Leaf Extract (OLE) and have a whole lot of garlic. My body would use the vitamin C in its immune functions and the OLE and garlic would help kill off anything that lingered.

The symptom time line (the first day of symptoms until the last day) went, achey began half way through day one, temperature began on day 2 and continued through the first half of day three. Aches all gone by day three evening.

I know you'll think this odd, but I felt good that I was achey, lethargic and had a temperature. It meant my system was functioning as it should and good stuff was happening inside.

What most people would do is run off to the doctor, get some anti-biotics and get rid of the symptoms - symptoms which are all your body's doing for very important reasons.

You may have heard about the toxic shock caused by tampons. This happens because the blood is not left to leave the body. The decaying blood contains bacteria which begin to multiply and release their toxins into the body. The body's response is aches, lethargy, nausea, increased body temperature and, in extreme cases, an all over body rash. The rash is due to the body placing the toxins out of the blood and into the skin until it can deal with them at an appropriate time. And the skin reacts to the toxins by developing a rash.

What the individual will then do is rush to take anti-biotics - giving the immune system extra stuff to deal with - and try to lower their body temperature. Yet, it is this increased temperature that the body has created and uses to help fight the bacteria and here we are interfering with it.

Fact is, our body knows how to fix us more than any doctor does. All the medical profession does is hide symptoms so we think we are better. But hiding symptoms represses the immune system function and usually gives it extra work to do at the same time.

What this all comes down to is knowing your body. What different signs mean and why you get them. You will find that often, the best course of action to take is to let your body handle it for it knows best.

Meet The Anti-Capitalist Moonbats Forces

It's kind of interesting. Many people of the socialist anti-capitalist way, have a certain look about them. All you need to do is see one and you can just tell they are socialist.

Generally speaking, the guy wearing jeans, a ripped t-shirt with profanities written all over it, with messy hair (usually in dreadlocks) is almost always a leftist socialist.

And if you hear of a gathering of them, and then see this gathering, you will see the socialist's uniform too.

So it came as no surprise to see these kinds of people promoting a "Buy Nothing Day". Yep. They want to have a day where people do not buy anything, to teach the capitalist pig dogs who exploit the workers, a lesson. Or some such jibble.

Here's a bit from one website promoting the Buy Nothing Day...

November 28 is the busiest shopping day of the year, [it is] the result of corporate propaganda and capitalist brainwashing. This November 28th, DON'T BE A SHEEP!!! Celebrate the holidays by buying nothing.
You can see the site here and another here.

The site continues on by hinting that good things to do on Buy Nothing Day include such items as knitting. Little do they realize, the balls of wool and knitting needles needed to be bought in the first place. And those items are only available because of the capitalist pig dogs they despise and want to see suffer by having a buy nothing day.

They forget, or ignore, that by encouraging people to join in on the buy nothing day, they are asking people to be sheep and follow them, instead of the capitalist pig dogs. It's like, don't be a sheep and follow them, be a sheep and follow us.

The website they use to help promote the day is able to exist thanks to capitalism. But hey, use the enemy's equipment against the enemy, is the way it goes.

They also forget something else... people will buy, even if they join in on a buy nothing day. They just won't buy on that day. They'll buy on days before or after. And the buy nothing day will have served no purpose. And those who don't buy before or after, weren't going to buy anyway.

It's like those "don't buy gas" days. People who join in just tank up the day before or the day after. And the gas stations can raise their prices on those days accordingly. Selling just as much gas as they would have, but for more money. And those who promote such days most likely don't have cars so aren't effected either way.

Look at the pictures on the website. They appear to be penniless students. So it's not like they could even afford to buy anything on that day anyway. So their solution is to encourage everyone to be like them and buy nothing. It's an effort to drag everyone down to their level because to raise themselves up to a higher level is too much like effort.

Of course, they think their cause and reasons-why are noble. And they get to wear a good guy badge as well. But I think differently. I think anyone who would encourage people to weaken capitalist enterprises is a villain... they are value destroyers and value leeches who are actively trying to promote the financial harming of businesses they know nothing about, and which employ people who want to get ahead in their life and so their actions would hurt those people too.

The Raw Meat Diet

I'm puzzled. There is a certain something I see all the time and cannot figure out a good reason why. I can kind of figure a reason. But not a good reason that makes any kind of sense.

I am talking about the habit of ALL TV cooks - cooks that have a show on the TV and who make dishes for us to salivate over - to NOT cook meat and to only lightly brown the outside while the inside stays blood red raw; and then they serve this meat up to be eaten.

I can understand it on a show like "Ready Steady Cook" where they only have 20 minutes to prepare and cook a meal from ingredients the contestant brings in. So in that case, meat might not be cooked well. But the other shows... the ones that put something in the oven and then come back later with a camera cut... I cannot figure why. They can hide the cooking time from us with a camera cut. So why not bother cooking the food properly?

The other day that Neil Perry guy has some other guy on who cooked some beef. Apart from the maybe couple of millimeters of slightly browned edges, the rest was blood raw - blood was seeping out of it. And then Neil ate it! Two or three chews and it was gone, swallowed into his stomach.

Then Neil produced a Lamb Roast, or something like that. It had been in the oven for only 20 minutes, and was equally blood raw on the inside. He cut this up to serve as well.

This is just a couple of examples from one show. ALL cooks on all TV shows do it... hardly cook the meat and serve it up blood dripping raw. So whatever bacteria are multiplying in the rotting meat, don't even get neutralized by the heat of cooking cause the heat of cooking never got to them.

If this is how you are going to prepare the meat and serve it, why bother cooking it at all? The result will be the same, and you'll save on time and washing up.

And it's not like they don't know about the bacteria in meat. They won't chop meat on the same board as vegetables to avoid cross contamination. And bacteria getting on vegetables that aren't cooked. But then they serve the raw meat and it defeats the purpose.

Oh well. I guess there are just some things that aren't meant to be known unless you are an initiate - in this case, a chef.
